The Joyful Celebration of the Feast of St. Vincent De Paul

The Feast of St. Vincent de Paul was celebrated with great joy, faith and fellowship by our community on Saturday, 26th September. The evening began with the Feast Mass, celebrated by our parish priest, Fr. Samuel Ribeiro, with the liturgy beautifully animated by our community members. The Eucharistic celebration set a prayerful and meaningful tone for the evening as we gathered to honor our patron saint.

Following Mass, the community came together to continue the feast celebrations, hosted by Ms. Shanelle Sethi. It was a lively and fun-filled evening with games, interaction, laughter and a delicious dinner. One of the highlights was a special session on St. Vincent de Paul, where we reflected on his inspiring virtues and how we can incorporate them into our own daily lives. It was a wonderful opportunity to deepen our understanding of our patron saint and be inspired by his example.

The games brought out the child in everyone and filled the evening with laughter and enthusiasm. Members also reminisced about cherished memories, favorite moments and special experiences shared within the community. These moments of sharing reminded us of the beautiful journey we have travelled together and the friendships and bonds that have grown along the way.

Above all, the celebration was a beautiful reflection of our community coming together as one family. It was heartwarming to see everyone participate so wholeheartedly and enjoy the evening to the fullest. As we celebrated the Feast of St. Vincent de Paul, we were reminded of the importance of faith, service, compassion and fellowship.
