In order to function in a very effective way with regards to Liturgy, Prayers, Cultural Events, Sports etc, our church has been divided into 11 different communities based on the region covered and also on the number of families per region. There are multiple cases wherein parishioners shift internally (from an Airoli address to another Airoli address) however, they do not update their address in the church database. A lot of parishioners who moved to Airoli some years ago have now shifted to a different location in Airoli, however, they still haven't updated their address or moved to the new community (officially) despite staying in that region. Updating your address in the church database every time you shift is mandatory & being a member of the particular community which belongs to your region is compulsory too. A parishioner can't reside in the region which belongs to community A and be a part of community B just because he or she was previously a part of that community.

Here is the best way to update your address and community in the church database Write a formal letter to the parish priest with the subject - change of address. Mention your old and updated address & the community names too. Mention the names of everyone who have moved in to the new address from the old one or from outside too. Submit this letter in the parish office with the proof of address and inform your community coordinator without fail. Here is a template of how the letter should look, feel free to write something that suits you best.

Please visit https://www.stcjairoli.org/communities to know the names of the communities along with the region covered and the name of the community coordinator. Please visit https://www.stcjairoli.org/contact to know more about the office timings and contact information.
