On the occasion of International Parents and Grandparents Day, the youth of St. John Community, fondly known as the "Johannines", undertook a beautiful mission that touched many hearts. They visited our beloved grandparents—especially those who are elderly, bedridden, or homebound—spreading joy, love, and spiritual comfort.

A week prior, these young hearts thoughtfully planned to offer a spiritual bouquet comprising prayers, Rosaries, and Holy Mass intentions for the elderly members of our community. This unexpected and deeply meaningful gesture reflected their compassion and strong spiritual foundation.

Each visit was made special with a handmade card, a sapling as a symbol of life and growth, and sweets to add sweetness to their smiles. The youth spent quality time with our elders, offering short prayers at each home, and in return, experienced moments that were emotional, uplifting, and unforgettable.

We are truly grateful and proud of our Johannine youth for their initiative and commitment. We pray that they continue to grow spiritually and shine brightly in all their future endeavors.
